4.1 Speaker System with Surround Sound Receiver

A 4.1 home theater system bundle INCLUDES two pairs of larger floor standing tower speakers and/or small bookshelf speakers. Front left and right channels should be located at both sides of your television, ultra short throw projector, or projection screen. Two rear surround effects speakers should be placed to each side of, or slightly behind, your seating area. A powered subwoofer provides the low frequency deep bass which usually sounds best located somewhere near a corner. And of course, it also includes a surround sound receiver.

IT DOES NOT INCLUDE a center channel speaker which would be placed underneath your television or projection screen.

Unless stated otherwise, you should assume that you’ll need to separately supply or buy adequate speaker wire to run from the backside of the home theater receiver to each front and rear speaker, perhaps also some compatible banana plugs to terminate the wiring at each end, and a subwoofer cable to run from the back of the receiver to the location of your sub.
