A 2.0 home theater system bundle INCLUDES one pair of large floor standing tower speakers or small bookshelf speakers for front left and right channels which should be located at each side of your television, ultra short throw projector, or projection screen; plus a compatible multi-channel surround sound receiver.
IT DOES NOT INCLUDE a center channel speaker to be located underneath your television or projection screen; two rear surround effects speakers which would be located to each side of, or slightly behind, your seating area; or a powered subwoofer to provide just the lowest frequency bass.
Unless stated otherwise, you should assume that you’ll need to separately supply or buy adequate speaker wire to run from the backside of the home theater receiver to each main speaker, and perhaps also some compatible banana plugs to terminate the wiring at each end.
